14-day money-back guarantee

Our products are digital downloads, so there is nothing to send back. If a Clearpage kit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund
Email clearpagekits@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days after we process it.

After a refund
Once an order is refunded, the license to use that file ends. Please delete the file and any copies.

Limits
We offer one refund per product per customer. We may decline refund requests that show clear signs of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.

Problems with your download
If your download link doesn't work or the file won't open, email us before requesting a refund. We can usually fix it the same day.
