These terms apply to your use of clearpagekits.com and to any product you buy from Clearpage ("we", "us"). Clearpage is based in Romania. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell
We sell digital products: printable PDF kits, trackers and workbooks. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Not medical advice
Our products are for general education and personal record-keeping only. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. They do not replace an evaluation by a licensed health care professional who knows your history. Do not start, stop or change any medication or treatment because of something you read in our products. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. License
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download it and print as many copies as you need for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or publish the file or its pages, in whole or in part, or use it to create products for sale.

4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery
After payment, a download link appears on the confirmation page and is emailed to the address you entered. If you don't receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.

6. Refunds
See our Return and Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

7. Accuracy
We work to keep the information in our products accurate and current as of the date shown in each product. Medical guidance changes, and we do not guarantee that all information is complete or up to date. Your clinician is the right source for what applies to you.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

9. Intellectual property
All content, text, layouts and designs are owned by Clearpage or used under license, and are protected by copyright.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
